By using Services, you agree to these terms. They apply to anyone who searches, books, or uses any feature on this site.
Services connects you with independent professional service providers. We are a marketplace — the pros you book are not our employees. You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when booking.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
When you send a booking request and a pro accepts it, a direct service agreement forms between you and that business. Services is not a party to that agreement beyond facilitating it.
We encourage you to resolve any issues directly with the pro first. If that fails, contact support and we’ll help mediate. Severe violations may result in a pro being removed from the marketplace.
To the extent permitted by law, Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
We collect only what we need to connect you with the right pro and to improve the service. We never sell your personal data.
Account basics (name, email), bookings you make, and anonymised usage analytics so we know which features to invest in. Payment details are processed by Stripe — we never see your full card number.
Only the pro you book can see the specific details of that request (description, address, contact info). Platform admins have access to aggregate data and, for support or fraud investigation, individual records with audit logging.
Active booking records are kept while the booking is open plus 24 months of warranty/history. You can request deletion at any time by contacting support — bookings are anonymised rather than destroyed to preserve accounting records.
You can export your data, correct it, or request deletion. Email support@services.example and we will respond within 30 days.
We use a small number of first-party cookies for sign-in sessions and analytics. No third-party advertising trackers.
You can cancel any booking from the My bookings page. Whether a fee applies depends on when the cancellation happens and the pro’s own policy.
You can cancel a booking request at any time with no fee and no obligation. We’ll let the pro know it’s been withdrawn.
Free cancellation. Your booking is closed with status ‘cancelled’ and no charge is made.
The pro may charge a late-cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted amount to cover reserved time. This amount is set by the individual business and shown on the confirmation if applicable.
If you are not reachable at the agreed appointment time, the pro may charge the full quoted amount. You’ll get a full transcript of the communication attempt on request.
If the pro cancels (for any reason), you pay nothing. We’ll help you find a replacement pro with one click.
